Imran started in journalism, where the job was to find the real story and tell it in plain language on a deadline. That is still the job.
Writing led to branding, branding led to design, and design led to the digital systems that hold it all together. Today he leads strategy and client work at DZLRS: interviewing founders to find what they actually stand for, writing in their voice, and building the profiles, sites, and funnels that make it easy for the right people to find and hire them.
That combination is the reason clients hire us. A positioning document is worth little if nobody writes to it. Good writing is wasted if the profile it points to is vague and the website has no way to capture interest. We work on all of it together.
Imran also writes The Demand Playbook, a paid newsletter on how founders and service businesses create demand, and works on alternative education through khushal.academy, a separate initiative from DZLRS.
