Terms of Service
DZLRS INC · Last updated 14 September 2026
1. Who provides the services
Services are provided by DZLRS INC, 2 Clerico Lane, Building 1, Suite 208B, Hillsborough, NJ 08844, United States, operating in the United States and Pakistan. These terms cover agency services, consulting, training, and mentoring contracted directly with us. Purchases made on another platform — a digital product storefront, a newsletter platform, or a freelance marketplace — are also subject to that platform's terms.
2. Proposals and scope
Every engagement begins with a written proposal or scope covering deliverables, fees, currency, billing arrangements, and delivery schedule. Work starts once you accept it. Anything outside that scope is quoted and agreed separately before we begin it.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are set per engagement — we do not publish standard rates, because the work differs. Your proposal states the amount, the currency, and when payment falls due.
Most clients pay by card or bank payment through our secure online payment provider. We also accept digital banking transfers, including Payoneer. Where a client has a specific requirement, we can arrange a wire transfer to our business account instead. Payment details are confirmed on your invoice.
4. Delivery and revisions
We deliver to the milestones or monthly cycle in your agreement. Drafts come to you for review, and nothing is published in your name without your approval.
Delivery schedules and revision allowances are not the same for every service. Each project has its own terms for what is delivered, when, and how many rounds of revision are included, and those terms are set out in that project's agreement rather than applied as one blanket rule.
5. What we need from you
The work depends on your input: interview time, timely feedback on drafts, factual accuracy of information you give us, and any access we need to your platforms. Where you supply material, you confirm you have the right to use it. Delays in feedback or access move delivery dates accordingly.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We regularly sign nondisclosure agreements for positioning, ghostwriting, and brand management work, and a confidentiality arrangement can be agreed before you share anything sensitive. We do not publish client names, logos, or project details without written permission.
7. Ownership of the work
You take full ownership of the work we publish through your founder account or your company account. Ghostwritten content is published in your name and is yours to use; design and website work is produced for your business.
Where ownership needs to be handled differently — shared assets, licensed third-party material, or work produced for someone else's platform — it is covered by the agreement for that project.
8. What we do not promise
We do our best work and bring real experience to it, but we do not guarantee particular outcomes: reach, follower growth, inbound leads, revenue, publication of a manuscript, or commercial success. Results depend on your market, your offer, and your participation.
9. Ending an engagement
Either side can end an engagement with one month's notice for done-for-you services and monthly retainers. Self-serve products have no notice period. Refund handling varies by project and is set out in that project's scope — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Third-party tools and links
We use third-party software in delivery, and this website links to platforms we do not operate. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Where a recommendation involves a commercial relationship, we disclose it — see our Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure.
